Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsPaneer
  2. 4 tablespoonscornflour
  3. 2 tablespoonsmaida / all purpose flour
  4. 1onion
  5. 2-3green chillies
  6. 2 teaspoonsoya sauce
  7. 1 tablespoontomato sauce
  8. 1/2 teaspoonred chilli flakes
  9. 5-6garlic cloves chopped
  10. 2chopped green chillies
  11. as per tasteSalt
  12. 2 tablespoonsoil

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly take bowl put cornflour, maida, salt, red chilli powder and mix it nicely. Then deep all Paneer in this mixture.

    Then add oil in nonstick pan after heating the oil, fry all Paneer.

    Meanwhile take one bowl and add 2 cups water and add 2 spoon cornflour, 1 spoon soya sauce, 1 spoon tomato sauce, salt, chilli flakes and mix it and keep aside.

    Now cut garlic, onion and take kadhai pour oil when get hot, on high flame saute the garlic and onion.

    After that mix the cornflour mixture in it. After one boil add Paneer pakode and saute and keep desired consistency of gravy as per your requirement.

    Your Paneer chilli is ready for relishing.
