Ingredients

  1. 200 gramsSoyabean
  2. 500 mlmilk (make chhena from it by using lemon / vinegar)
  3. 1capsicum (cut it in small pieces)
  4. 2 tspcumin powder
  5. 3chopped green chillies
  6. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  7. 2 tspchopped coriander leaves
  8. 1 tspginger paste
  9. 1 tspGhee
  10. 1 tspgaram masala
  11. 2 tspSalt & Sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Boil soyabean in hot water. boil it for 10 minutes. then drain the water from soyabean.

    Cut the capsicum & make chhena from milk.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in Kadai. Add ginger paste, cumin powder, turmeric powder, green chilies & salt. Fry it very well.Add boiled soyabean & some water. Again fry it well. Add some water & cook it for 10 minutes on low flame(with lid)

    Then add chhena, sugar, coriander leaves, ghee & garam masala. stir fry & ready to Serve with paratha or puri.
