  1. 1 cupyoghurt (curd)
  2. 6papdi
  3. 3 teaspoonssweet tamarind sauce
  4. 1 teaspooncumin powder
  5. 1 teaspoonchaat masala powder
  6. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  7. 1 teaspoonsugar
  8. As per taste salt
  9. 2 teaspoonsgreen chutney
  10. For garnishing
  11. 4 tablespoonssev
  12. For Topping
  13. 2potato
  14. 1/2 cupsoaked bean mung

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl and add yogurt to it. Whisk the yogurt until smooth. Add salt and sugar to the yogurt and mix well so that the flavor gets incorporated.

    Take a plate and arrange the papdis on it. Peel the parboiled potatoes and chop them into cubes. Once the papdis are arranged, add some chopped potatoes on top. Now, top up with moong beans. Add the green chutney and tamarind chutney on top. You can also add more as per your taste.

    Sprinkle chaat masala powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Drizzle the yogurt on top followed by any remaining chutney. Garnish with coriander leaves and sev. Serve at once.
