Cooking Instructions

Wash dal twice and strain the water. Keep aside. Heat oil in a cooker fry 1 whole dry red chilli, cumin seeds let it crackle for few minutes. Then add chopped onion saute it for few minutes.

Add chopped tomatoes, haldi powder, red chilli powder and salt. Mix.....well. Add hung water

Saute it for few minutes. Add water as needed

Close the lid and wait for 2 whistles. After 2 minutes switch off the flame. Cool it and take out of lid. Once

Transfer to a bowl garnish with fresh Coriander leaves and fried onion. Ready to serve with with roti's..
