Ingredients

  1. 200 gbeef
  2. 2 stalksleeks
  3. Dashblack pepper
  4. Pinchsalt
  5. 2 tbspcooking wine

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the beef and marinate with black pepper and salt.Leave for 15 mins

  2. 2

    Wash and slice leeks diagonally.

  3. 3

    Heat pan and add oil.Make sure the cooking.oil is hot before add beef.Stir fry it quickly until the beef changes color.Then.remove from pan.

  4. 4

    In same pan add a.bit.oil and stir fry leeks for about two mins.Then put back beef.Pour the wine mix then remove.
