Ingredients

  1. Smoothie base
  2. 1/2 cupOats
  3. 1large or 2 to 3 small bananas
  4. 2Dates- (optional-if you want additional sweetness)
  5. 1 tspCacao or Cocoa powder
  6. 1/2 cupCoconut milk
  7. 2 tspFlax seeds
  8. Toppings
  9. as required Seasonal fresh fruits
  10. As neededDry fruits and nuts

Cooking Instructions

    Soak Oats and flax seeds in coconut milk for 10 min. To make coconut milk, just add few slices of coconut and a cup of water into a blender, blend it till smooth and then seive it.

    Transfer it to a blender, add bananas, dates, Cacao powder and blend till smooth.

  3. 3

    Transfer the thick smoothie base to a bowl

  4. 4

    Add seasonal fruits of your choice. I added chikku and strawberry.

  5. 5

    Add dry fruits, berries and nuts of your choice. I added walnuts, pumpkin seeds, pistachios, frozen blackberries and cranberries. This refreshing smoothie bowl tastes best when chilled.
