Marinate Chicken with all the ingredients. Rest it for 4 to 5 hours.

Heat oil & butter in non-stick frying pan.Fry all the pieces in very low flame. Both sides must be well cooked.

Then keep all tandoori pieces in a large bowl.Then place 1 small piece burnt Charcoal in a small bowl & pour 1 tsp. Oil on it. Cover the lid for 2 minutes for the smoky flavour. Now Tandoori chicken is ready to serve.
