Cooking Instructions

Firstly, boil milk in heavy bottom pan.

Now add lemon juice and stir till milk curdles completely.

Drain the curdled milk and squeeze off excess water.

Furthermore, make small balls and flatten. keep aside.

Heat milk and get to a boil,once a layer of cream is formed over the milk, stick it to sides of vessel. boil milk more 15 minutes.

Future add sugar, crushed cardamom and chopped dry fruits.

Now add prepared paneer balls and cook milk upon high flame until paneer balls become double.

Keep refrigerator before serving at least 2 also garnish with few chopped nuts.

Enjoy chilled rasmalai with your family and friends.
