Cooking Instructions

Wash and peel the Cucumbers at first. Wash them thoroughly until the dirt is gone. Drain well.

Mix all the spices in a bowl and coat the peels with it. Preheat Oven on 180°. Arrange these peels on a butter paper lined baking tray.

Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until well roasted and dry. Serve as an accompaniment to your meals or as a savoury snack at tea-time. Enjoy!
