A quick and simple dessert prepared with some basic ingredients available in the kitchen and doesn't need much effort. Whenever you want to eat something sweet try out this yummy dessert.
Cooking Instructions

In a pan take milk boil it on high flame.when it starts boiling add 1/2 tsp grated coconut and half grated carrot.cook it on medium flame for 3-4 minutes. Stir continuously

Now add milk powder.mix well add bread crumbs and sugar.mix and cook for 2 minutes.the milk become thick and bind together. Turn off the flame

Take a serving glass and in the glass spread a little bit grated carrot around in it.
Fill half glass by prepared mixture.add some grated carrot and chopped almonds.add the milk mixture on top and garnish with some chopped almonds and pistachios. Keep in refrigerator for some time and then enjoy it.
