Ingredients

  1. For Sugar syrup
  2. 125 gmSugar
  3. 125 gmWater
  4. 1 tsp Cardamom powder
  5. 4-5 dropsLime juice
  6. For dough
  7. 1 cupMaida
  8. 1/4 cupGhee
  9. 1/4 cupWater
  10. 2 pinchBaking soda
  11. 2 tsp Curd

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan add sugar and water cook 8 to 10 Minutes till sticky consistency add cardamom powder and switch off the flame. Squeeze lime juice.

    In a bowl add ghee, water, baking soda and curd mix well. Add maida again mix and rest the dough 20 minutes. From the dough take equal size and role it.

    In a Kadai heat the oil, put the badhusha 4 or 5 and cook in low flame till golden in colour both sides. Add into sugar syrup. Badhusha ready to serve.
