Cooking Instructions

Peel, chop and boil butternut until fully cooked

Put the butternut in a large bowl and mash until soft
- 3
Add flour,salt and sugar to the butternut mixture
- 4
Slowly adding water to the mixture, knead into a soft dough
- 5
Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes
- 6
Make a large ball with the dough and roll into one large circle
- 7
Apply a generous amount of cooking oil then cut the dough into strips
- 8
Fold the strips into balls then roll each ball into a circle
- 9
On a hot pan, place each circle dough separately and add oil on each side until fully cooked
- 10
Chapatis are ready to be served with a stew of your choice

Kale & Butternut Squash
November and December are months were you really need to come up with amazing side dishesto compliment that turkey or ham or whatever meat you are cooking for the big feast.
