Keep the necessary items near the cooking area. Dissolve saffron in 2 tablespoon of hot water to get good color. I roasted cashews with 1tsp ghee in microwave for 2 minutes

Butternut Squash is hard to cut. Keep it in the microwave for 5 minutes. Then, it is easy to cut it. Remove the rind, seeds, fibers etc. Grate the flesh.
I cooked grated squash in a microwave safe dish with 4tbsp butter for 5 minutes. Then added milk powder, mixed; cooked uncovered in microwave for 5 minutes. Stir in brown sugar and microwave for another 5 minutes. halwa liquifies - 4
Add a pinch of salt, saffron, cardamom powder. cranberries. Mix everything together and add ghee ; mix. Cook until halwa thickens. Halwa is ready
Take the halwa out of the microwave. Transfer to a serving bowl. Add roasted cashews. Halwa is ready to serve.
