Ingredients

  1. 300 grampaneer
  2. 4onion grated
  3. 1 tspginger paste
  4. 1 tspgarlic paste
  5. 1 cup puree
  6. 2 tspAmul fresh cream
  7. 1 tspred chilli
  8. 1 tspgaram masala
  9. As taste salt
  10. 1 cupwhisk curd
  11. 2 tbspoil1
  12. 1 tspkasuri methi
  13. 1/2 cupmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Take a paneer cut in cubes.Take a wok put oil.

    Then oil heat add garlic saute add onion paste saute till golden brown colour.

  3. 3

    Then add ginger,curd and all spices mix and saute till oil saprated.

  4. 4

    Then add paneer cubes mix add milk mix and cook for few minutes add kasuri methi.

  5. 5

    Then garnish cream and enjoy.
