Ingredients

  1. 500grm. Mutton (marinated with curd)
  2. 2Large onion (chopped)
  3. 1large onion paste
  4. 4 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  5. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  6. 2 tsp.Turmeric powder
  7. 4green chillies
  8. 1tomato (cut in small pieces)
  9. 6cashew paste
  10. 75 ml.Mustard Oil
  11. 2 tbsp Curd
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 1/2 tsp Sugar
  14. 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  15. 1cardamom
  16. 1 inch cinnamon

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in kadai & fry chopped onion until golden. Then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder & salt. Fry it well.Then add a little water & fry it well.

    Then add marinated mutton in it & fry it well. Then add cashew paste & fry it well in medium flame.

    Then transfer this mutton in pressure cooker & add 1& 1/2 cups hot water in it. Then add garam masala & sugar.Close the lid & take 4 whistle. Rest it for 15 minutes.Now Mutton kasha is ready to be serve with Roti or Polau or Jeera rice.
