Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupyellow Moong dal
  2. 1/2 cupwashed and Chopped spinach
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  5. 1/2 tspred Chilli powder
  6. 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  7. 2dry red chilli
  8. 1 tspGhee
  9. 1/4 cupChopped tomato
  10. 1Chopped green chilli
  11. 1 tspChopped ginger
  12. 1 tsplemon juice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take properly washed spinach and yellow moong dal.

    Put them in a cooker add turmeric,salt tomato and cook till 2 -3 whistle

  3. 3

    Now let the cooker cool down.

    Heat ghee in a pan add dry red Chilli,cumin seeds,red Chilli powder,Sprinkle over dal.mix properly

    Add lemon juice, green chilli,ginger and serve hot.

    Healthy and delicious spinach dal is ready to serve.
