Ingredients

  1. 500 gramChicken pcs
  2. 1 bowlsoaked rice
  3. 1 TSPginger paste
  4. 1 TSPgarlic paste
  5. 4onion sliced
  6. 1 tspwhole spices
  7. 2 pcsbay leaf
  8. 1 TSPcuminseeds
  9. 1 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1 TSPturmeric powder
  11. 1 TSPall spice powder
  12. 1 cuptomato paste
  13. 1 TSPfresh coriander chopped
  14. As taste green chutney
  15. 1 tbspclarified butter

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a wok add clarified butter hot put cuminseeds crackle then add garlic paste saute add ginger and onion saute then add whole spices mix add tomatoes puree mix add all spices.

    Then add chicken pcs mix and cook for half done.

    After half done add rice mix then add 2 bowl of water mix and cook on medium heat.

  4. 4

    After cook serve hot Chicken pulao garnish green chutney.
