Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcarrots (diced)
  2. 2 cupschopped methi leaves
  3. 1 tbspoil
  4. 1medium onion chopped
  5. 1 tbspchopped garlic
  6. 1 tspcumin seeds
  7. 1 tspmustard seeds
  8. 1 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1 tspred chili powder
  10. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  11. 1green chili chopped
  12. 1 tspamchoor powder
  13. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan..Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and let them splutter.

    Add garlic and saute till garlic turns slightly brown.

    Add onion. Let them turn translucent.

  4. 4

    Add carrot and green chillies. Cover and cook on low falne till the carrots turn tender

  5. 5

    Once carrots are cooked add turmeric powder, red chili powder. Coriander powder and amchoor powder. Saute everything well.

    Add methi leaves and add salt. Once the method leaves are wilted cover and cook for 5 more minutes.

    Remove from heat. Serve hot with roti, phulka or paratha.
