Cooking Instructions

Cut all veggies.Mixer all green masala with fresh coconut.

In chopped methi add 3 tb. spoon. besan, mirchi powder, salt. ajwain(carom seeds)dhania powder1 t. spoon. hot oil some water to make bhajia batter.Make bhajia & fry. Keep aside.

Coat masala on veggies.
- 4
In pressure pan add 4 t. spoon. oil, ajwain. Layer veggies in pan. First konphal then suran,Banana, potatoes,tuver dana, papdi,baingan & remain green masala. Add some water. Give 1 whistle, low flame & cook 7 to 10 minutes on slow flame. Then pour undiyo in big pan. Add bhajia & Mix well.
