Ingredients

  • 200grm. Surti Papdi,
  • 200 grm. wal papdi,
  • as required Suran,
  • 250grm. konphal(purpple yam),
  • 1 raw banana,
  • 1 sweet potato,
  • 3Potatoes,
  • 1/2 cup fresh tuvar dana,
  • 1 cup chopped methi leaves
  • 1gratef fresh coconut,
  • 1,1/2 cup coriander
  • 5-6 green chilies,
  • 2 inch ginger,
  • 1bunch fresh green garlic,
  • as per taste Salt,
  • 5-6small baingan
  • 4 tbsp . oil
  • 2 tsp. ajwain.
  • 2 tbsp Oil to fry bhajia,

    Cut all veggies.Mixer all green masala with fresh coconut.

    In chopped methi add 3 tb. spoon. besan, mirchi powder, salt. ajwain(carom seeds)dhania powder1 t. spoon. hot oil some water to make bhajia batter.Make bhajia & fry. Keep aside.

    Coat masala on veggies.

    In pressure pan add 4 t. spoon. oil, ajwain. Layer veggies in pan. First konphal then suran,Banana, potatoes,tuver dana, papdi,baingan & remain green masala. Add some water. Give 1 whistle, low flame & cook 7 to 10 minutes on slow flame. Then pour undiyo in big pan. Add bhajia & Mix well.
