Sarson Ki Bhujiya/ Dry Sarson Bhaji

Sarson ki bhujiya is a dry subji prepared with fresh mustard leaves. We always end up using mustard leaves in sarson ka saag but this dry sarson vegetable also tastes delicious served with dal, rice and roti. It is a quick and delicious recipe which uses minimum ingredients easily available at home.
Sarson Ki Bhujiya/ Dry Sarson Bhaji
Sarson ki bhujiya is a dry subji prepared with fresh mustard leaves. We always end up using mustard leaves in sarson ka saag but this dry sarson vegetable also tastes delicious served with dal, rice and roti. It is a quick and delicious recipe which uses minimum ingredients easily available at home.
Cooking Instructions

First of all clean and wash mustard leaves properly so that all the dirt is washed off. Chop the mustard leaves.

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin. When it browns, add hing along with finely chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies. Saute it on medium heat for a minute. Now add mustard leaves to it and mix everything. Now add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder and salt to it and mix everything well.

Cover and cook it for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat. Stir it and check if it is done. When it is cooked properly, turn off the heat.

Serve sarson ki bhujiya along with dal, rice and roti.
