Cooking Instructions

Finely chop Spinach
- 2
Marinade brinjal cubes with salt for 5-8 minutes, then fry then and keep aside.

In moderately heated pan, add oil, add onion seeds + dry red chilli and allow to crackle, then add chopped spinach + green chilli and stir fry, spinach shrinks.

Stir fry and add turmeric + salt, mix well and stir fry till water from spinach evaporates.

Sauté for few more minutes, add fried brinjal, mix well and its ready.

Serve with steamed rice or paratha.
