Ingredients

20minutes
3 servings
  1. 1 cupatta/wheat flour
  2. 2 tbsppowdered kasoori methi
  3. as per taste salt
  4. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  5. 1 tspcumin powder
  6. 1 tspchilli powder
  7. 1 tspgrated ginger
  8. 2 tbspoil
  9. as required Oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a mixing bowl.. add in all the ingredients..(.except oil for deep frying)..

  2. 2

    Prepare tight dough, let it rest for 10 minutes.. squeeze out equal size of small balls out of the dough

  3. 3

    Roll out in to little thicker discs... deep fry them in hot oil...take out on kitchen tissue paper to avoid excess oil... enjoy hot pooris with any sabzi(potato) or chutney you like...
