  1. 1/2 small bowljowar aata
  2. 1/2 small bowlbajra aata
  3. 1/2 small bowlmakkai aata
  4. 1/2 small bowlwheat aata
  5. As RequiredChopped methi
  6. As RequiredChopped coriander leaves
  7. 1/2 teaspoonajwain
  8. As per tasteSalt
  9. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  10. 1 teaspoontil
  11. 1chopped green chillies
  12. 1 tablespoonghee
  13. 1/2 small bowlJaggery solution
  14. As RequiredHing
  15. As RequiredJeera powder
  16. As RequiredCurd for kneading

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the ingredients of dhebra and knead with curd.

    Take a small portion and roll into a round dhebra.

  3. 3

    Put on Tawa apply ghee and let it cook.

  4. 4

    Methi Dhebra ready to serve with chutney mix veg white butter.
