Poha is a light snack even take it any time. Each one like their own flavored poha,very tasty & digestive meal. Here I use only peas & peanut in poha.

Poha is a light snack even take it any time. Each one like their own flavored poha,very tasty & digestive meal. Here I use only peas & peanut in poha.
Cooking Instructions

Dry roast peanut,jeera,sarso & red sabut chili. Keep them aside. Now in the same pan add oil,peas & dry spices.

Stir fty it till soft the peas, add ketchup & roasted ingredients.

At that time wash & squeeze poha tightly.When masala gets ready add coriander leaves & poha in it.

Mix all things very well. Now add lemon juice & coconut pieces. Cover it for2 to 3 min on low flame.

Now open the lid & serve it garam garam. Super tasty easy to cook,& flavor full snack is ready.
