Ingredients

20 minutes
2 people
  1. 1big cup flattern rice or poha
  2. 1 small cupfresh peas
  3. 2 tablespoonspeanut
  4. 2 Tablespoonsoil
  5. 1 teaspoonjeera
  6. 1 teaspoonmustard seeds
  7. 1 teaspoongaram masala
  8. 1/2 teaspoonred chill
  9. 1/2 teaspooncoriander powder
  10. 1/2 cupfresh coriander leaves
  11. 2red chill & some pieces of dry coconut
  12. 2 Tablespoonsketchup
  13. 1/2 piece lemon
  14. As per tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Dry roast peanut,jeera,sarso & red sabut chili. Keep them aside. Now in the same pan add oil,peas & dry spices.

    Stir fty it till soft the peas, add ketchup & roasted ingredients.

  3. 3

    At that time wash & squeeze poha tightly.When masala gets ready add coriander leaves & poha in it.

    Mix all things very well. Now add lemon juice & coconut pieces. Cover it for2 to 3 min on low flame.

    Now open the lid & serve it garam garam. Super tasty easy to cook,& flavor full snack is ready.
