Ingredients

10 minutes
4 servings
  • 2 cupsrice flakes (poha)
  • 1medium finely chopped onion
  • Halfcup boiled peas
  • 2 tbsppeanuts or more
  • 5-6curry leaves
  • 1/3sweet corn for kids
  • 1-2green chilli finely chopped optional
  • 1 tspsalt
  • Halftsp black pepper
  • Halftsp chaat masala
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • 1 tsprai (mustard seeds)

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash rice flakes gently and rinse all water keep it aside. Sautee peanuts dry until cracked. Take it out

  2. 2

    Add 2 tbsp oil in pan then add mustard seeds. Let it pop out and then add all the ingredients and saute for 5 minutes

  3. 3

    Add washed poha and lemon juice. Garnish with coriander is optional

  4. 4

    Serve yourself yummiest and healthiest breakfast ever
