Last month I happened to visit one of the malls in Navi Mumbai. I headed straight to the Food Bazaar and saw a packet soya granules located just near the entrance. Aha, I immediately picked it up as I wanted to adopt a healthy lifestyle and they had an offer for granules and finer version called granules ( along with mini soya chunks) too. Wow, this was indeed a deal.

I made Soya Mancrianh with the larger soya chunks, thanks to the recipe on the Nutrela box. Indeed a simple recipe to try.

Now add the fried soya chunks in the pan. Dissolve the remaining cornflour in 1/4 cup water and add to the pan, stirring constantly to avoid formation of lumps. Garnish with chopped spring onions or onions.
