Marinate chicken with soy then set aside.

Boil water then cook udon, when done drain and set aside too.

Heat wok add oil then char the dried mushroom. Next is shallots then chicken. Stir fry until chicken is ready.

Pour veggies mix well then add soy and dark soy sauce. Black pepper and water. Cook until veggies are cook.

Add in udon mix well then cook until no more sauce.
