Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchblanched palak leaves / spinach
  2. 1 cupblanched peas
  3. 1medium size boiled and and grated potato
  4. 1/2 cupcrumbled paneer
  5. 1finely chopped green chili
  6. 1 1/2 tbsproasted besan
  7. 1/2 tbspkashmiri chili powder
  8. 1/2 tbspcoriander powder
  9. 1 tbspdry mango powder
  10. 1/2 tbspgaram masala powder
  11. As Per RequiredOil for shallow fry
  12. For chutney/deep
  13. 1/2 cupthick curd
  14. 2crushed garlic
  15. 1/4 tbspred chili powder
  16. 1/4 tbspsugar
  17. As per taste Black salt
  18. As Per TasteWhite salt

Cooking Instructions

    Take a mixture grinder and add bleached spinach, peas, and green chili then grind this and make a fine paste.

    Now transfer this to one bowl then add mashed potatoes, paneer, and all the spices and mix it well.

    Now make round balls out of the paste.

    Now take a pan with some oil and put the round balls into it for frying.

  5. 5

    Fry them until greenish brown.

  6. 6

    Now let's prepare chutney/deep so for this mix all the ingredients of chutney and mix well, our deep/chutney is ready.

    Serve this hot hara bhara kabab with chutney/deep and with salad and enjoy it.
