Ingredients

  1. 1big pear
  2. 10cherry tomatoes
  3. 2 tbspfinely chopped onion
  4. 1 tbspfinely chopped mint leaves/ phudina
  5. 1 tbspfinely chopped green corainder leaves
  6. Salt to taste as required
  7. 1/8 tspblack rock salt
  8. 1big pinch each thyme, rosemary, chilli flakes, oregano
  9. 1 tsplemon juice
  10. Doritos Nachos Chips as required

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and chopped pear into small pieces. Wash and chopped cherry tomatoes into halves.

    Transfer chopped pear pieces, onion, green corainder leaves,mint leaves, cherry tomatoes halves in mixing bowl.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle salt,rock salt,thyme rosemary chilli flakes and oregano. Pour lemon juice. Mix well.

    Transfer prepared Pear Salsa in serving bowl. Chill

  5. 5

    Serve/ Relish Delicious Nutritious Pear Salsa with Doritos Nachos Chips.
