Ingredients

  1. Oil
  2. 1 pinchasafoetida
  3. 1 tbsp freshly grounded green chillies, ginger and garlic
  4. 1onion finely chopped
  5. 1tomato finely chopped
  6. 1 tsp turmeric
  7. 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  8. 1 tspcoriander powder
  9. as requiredSalt
  10. 2bitter gourd chopped in small diced

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan. Add asafoetida, ginger, garlic and green chillies paste. Add chopped onion. Saute

    Add chopped tomatoes. Saute for some more time. Add salt.

    Add chopped bitter gourd. Cover it and cook on low heat. Once bitter gourd is tender and cooked, mix it well. Serve hot with chapathi.
