Ingredients

70 minutes
4 servings
  1. 250 gmspaneer
  2. 1 cupmatar
  3. 4tomatoes, chopped
  4. 2onions
  5. 1 inchginger
  6. 2 clovesgarlic
  7. 1tejpatta
  8. 1badi elaichi
  9. 3 tbspoil
  10. 1 tspjeera (cumin seeds)
  11. 1 tspturmeric powder
  12. 1 tbsplal mirch powder (kashmiri)
  13. 1 tspdhaniya powder
  14. 1 tspgaram masala
  15. As Per TasteSalt
  16. 1/2 tspkasuri meethi

Cooking Instructions

    Take a Kadai add oil when oil is hot then add sabut masala and jeera

  2. 2

    When jeera crackles add onion paste and saute until lightly golden then add dry ingredients.

    When onion paste reduces the oil then add tomato paste and cook for 10 to 15 minutes in medium flame.

    Then add fresh matar and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.

    When matar soft then add water according to requirement.

    Boil for 10 to 15 minutes then add garam masala and Kasuri methi.

  7. 7

    And last, add a fry panner.
    Matar paneer sabji is ready to serve with chapati naan etc
