Ingredients

  1. 12-15dates soaked for an hour pitted and pureed
  2. 150 gramspaneer crumbled (I used Amul paneer)
  3. 1 tbspghee
  4. 2-3 tbspmilk powder
  5. 1/3 cupmilk pinch salt
  6. 1 tbsprose water
  7. 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  8. 1 tbsptutti frutti (option)
  9. 1 tbspChopped pistachios to garnish
  10. 1 tspdry rose petals

Cooking Instructions

    In a non-stick pan, add all the above-mentioned ingredients (except tutti frutti, pistachios, and dry rose petals).
    Mix everything well and simmer on a low flame.
    Keep stirring continuously

    Now you can add the tutti frutti (which is purely optional).
    Keep stirring again.
    till the moisture is all absorbed.
    Switch off the flame & transfer to a greased plate. Garnish with chopped pistachios & dry rose petals. Allow it to cool & refrigerate for some time.
    Cut as desired & enjoy at room temperature or chilled

    Note -
    If you want you can add some tutti frutti, but you may omit it and make it completely sugar-free.
