Ingredients

30-35 minutes
4 people
  1. 4eggs, boiled
  2. 2 tspginger garlic paste
  3. 2medium onion, chopped
  4. 1large tomato, chopped
  5. 1large tomato, pureed
  6. 6-7cashew paste
  7. 1bay leaf
  8. 1cardamom
  9. 2-3cloves
  10. 1small stick of cinnamon
  11. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  12. 1 tsphaldi powder
  13. 1 tspzeera powder
  14. 1 tspcoriander powder
  15. 1 tspkasuri methi
  16. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  17. Halfcup cream
  18. 1 tbspamul Butter
  19. Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

30-35 minutes

    In a kadhai, heat some oil and crackle all the khada garam masala.

    Then add chopped onions and fry till it becomes light brown. In this stage add the ginger garlic paste and fry well.

    Now add the chopped tomatoes, red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander and zeera powder and cook for 5 minutes till the tomatoes soften up.

    Now add the pureed tomato and let it cook for another 5-10 minutes till the oil leaves the side.

    Now add kasuri methi, garam masala, cashew paste and cream and give it a good stir.

    Lastly, add the half cut boiled eggs and let it cook for 5-7 minutes.
    If the gravy look too thick add some milk to dilute it.

    Add some butter, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
