Ingredients

20 minutes
makes 4 serving
  1. 2 cupsmaize flour
  2. 1 cupchopped spring onions
  3. 1 tspcumin seeds
  4. As per tasteSalt
  5. 1 tbspchopped green chillies
  6. 1boiled mashed potato
  7. As RequiredCold pressed Peanut oil/butter/ghee as required

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients except oil in a mixing bowl. Add warm water and make a soft dough.

    Make 6 portions. Now roll the roti.

  3. 3

    Heat the gridle/tawa. Place the roti and cook on one side. Flip and cook on other side. Smear some oil on both sides and cook.

    Serve with sarson ka saag.
