Cooking Instructions

First we prepared a paste for that take a pan add 1/2 cup water add roughly chopped onion and cashew. Place the pan on gas flame and cook for 10 minutes or until they turn soft. Turn off the flame allow to cool it. Then transfer into grinding jar and make a smooth paste.

Clean and washed the methi leaves and drain out its water then chopped finely.
Cut the paneer into small cubes. - 3
Heat mustard oil in a pan, add pneer cubes and fry them till they turn golden. Transfer into a plate.
Take hot water in a bowl add asafoetida and 1/2tsp salt mix and put the fry paneer cubes in this water and leave them. - 4
In the same pan add chopped ginger,garlic and green Chilli saute 1 minute add chopped methi leaves and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. Keep stirring

Add the prepared ground paste mix well and cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes. keep stirring. Add turmeric powder and salt to taste.mix well. cook for a minute.

Add beaten curd stir and cook for 2 minutes add 1/2cup of water.mix again

Add ginger powder, fennel powder and pepper powder mix and add fried paneer cubes mix gently. Add 2 5bsp cream mix again.

Let give a boil and remove from gas. In a tempering pan add oil or ghee add chopped garlic.when garlic turn golden brown. Pour this tempering on the prepared gravy.

Dish out and served
