Ingredients

  1. 1 cup- Mooli
  2. 1 cup- Carrot
  3. 2- Potato
  4. 4- Green chilli paste
  5. 2 tspGinger garlic paste
  6. 1 cup- Coriander leaves
  7. 2- Onion
  8. 1 tsp- Cumin seeds
  9. 2 tsp- Coriander Cumin powder
  10. as required Oil for frying paratha
  11. 2 tsp- Turmeric powder
  12. 1 tsp- Garam Masala powder
  13. 1 tsp- Mustard seeds
  14. 1 tsp- Cumin seeds
  15. 1 tsp- Hing
  16. Dough Ingredients
  17. 4 cup- Wheat
  18. 2 tsp- Salt
  19. 2 tsp- Oil
  20. as required Water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a container add wheat flour,salt, oil mix well and add water as required and make dough.

  2. 2

    Take a Mooli, carrot grate it well and chop Cabbage and onion in chop it fine.

  3. 3

    Take a pan add 2tsp oil heat it add Mustard seeds,Cumin seeds,ginger garlic paste,curry leaves, green chilli paste, hing and fry it well.

  4. 4

    Take a dough make a peda and stuff a fried ingredients of Mooli,Cabbage,carrot make a peda of staffing.

  5. 5

    Make a paratha and heat pan fry it both side with add 1 tsp oil for frying both side.
