Ingredients

  1. 250 gspinach boiled and pureed
  2. 1/4 cupmaida or refined flour
  3. 1cup whole wheat flour
  4. Water for kneading
  5. 1/2tsp salt
  6. For stuffing
  7. 150 gmstofu grated
  8. 1/2 tspsalt
  9. 1 tspgaram masala
  10. 1 tspred chilli powder
  11. Some lemon juice
  12. Butter for shallow frying

    In a bowl mix both the flours, add salt, a tsp of oil, spinach or palak puree and knead a dough. Paratha like. Thats not too soft

    For the stuffing,in a pan add grated tofu,all the spices and lemon juice, mix well. Turn off the flame

  3. 3

    Now roll the paratha, add enough stuffing seal it and roll it again.

    Cook the paratha on medium flame, flip and apply butter. Cook well on both sides till brown. Serve hot with Chutneys, sauces, pickles
