Make the batter like a dhosa from batter ingredients. Cut the vegetables in small pieces

Heat the 2 tablespoon oil on medium flame and add the jeera. Add the chilli pieces and ginger garlic paste. Mix well and the tomato pieces, capsicum pieces, chill powder,salt.Saute it and add the potato pieces,lemon juice and mix well.

Take the 🧅Onion pieces in bowl. Add the peri peri masala, salt, coriander leaves and mix well.

Heat the tawa on medium flame. Spread the Ladle full batter on tawa. Spread above the some oil with brush.

When the one side is cooked remove the Frankie on plate and make the two parts. Put the potato mixture on middle of the one piece and sprinkled onion mixture. Make a roll and rapped with butter paper.
