Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupcrunchy peanut butter
  2. 4 tbsppowdered jaggery
  3. 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
  4. 1/2 tspbaking powder

Cooking Instructions

    Mix jaggery and crunchy peanut butter. Sieve flour and baking powder. Mix flour mix into peanut butter and jaggery mix.

    Bind it well but don't knead too much. Roll it. As I have design maker.I tried that. You can give other design as well.

    Cut it into round shape. Bake in preheated oven - 180° for 15 minutes. Wait for some time. Let it cool. Enjoy this peanut butter cookies

    Tip - You can use normal peanut butter too. I used crunchy peanut butter because I like crunchy cookies.
