Ingredients

  1. 2 BowlRipe Mango pulp
  2. 1/4 CupSugar
  3. 1tsp.Dry Giger Powder
  4. 1tsp.Jeeralu Powder
  5. 1/2tsp.Chaat Masala
  6. Ghee to grease

Cooking Instructions

    Make a mango pulp and strain.
    After straining almost pulp get some thick part like which we are not using.
    So churn that portion properly.
    And take in a pan.

    Cook pulp 4-5min.Add sugar and stir continuous on a mid.slow flame. Now add chaat masala jeeralu powder and dry ginger powder. Stir till mixture looks semi thick.

    Grease ghee in a plate and spread. Allow it to set for 2days in a sunlight..
    Cut and serve. Or store.

    (I like thick papad but One can make transparant also)
