  1. 3 cupsmaida flour
  2. 1big onion
  3. 2 cupsgram flour
  4. Cumin seeds
  5. Green chillies
  6. 3-4ts oil
  7. Salt
  8. Hot water
  9. Black cumin
  10. Oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Into the oil add cumin seeds,onion,green chillies and let it fry. Then add gram flour into it.

    Into the gram flour,add salt and let it saute. After it gets saute,slowly add water into it and mix it.

  3. 3

    The filling of kachori is ready, then add black cumin into the maida flour.

  4. 4

    Then add salt into it the maida flour and add hot water and knead a tough dough.

  5. 5

    After the dough gets ready,take a small part of it,add the filling into it and fry it.

  6. 6

    Hot and crispy kachoris are ready to be served
