Cooking Instructions

Take a fresh snake gourd clean and cut one inch thin piece. keep it aside.

Take a mixer jar add coconut,cumin seeds and green chillies grind in coarse powder.

Keep a kadai on stove,add oil let it heat,add mustard seeds,urad dal and channa dal saute for few minutes. Then add curry leaves and chopped onions. Saute till golden brown.

After few minutes add chopped snake gourd and salt mix well,add grinded masala,mix well, close with lid for five minutes.

Now add little grated coconut mix well, remove from the stove.
Tasty snake gourd subji is ready. - 6
Transfer to serving bowl. Tasty snake gourd subji is ready to serve.

Enjoy with rice and roti.
