  1. 1 cupdiced onion,
  2. 1 cupdiced cucumber, 🥒
  3. 1 cupdiced tomato 🍅,
  4. 1/2 cupdiced carrot 🥕,
  5. 3green chilli chopped finely,
  6. 1 cupdiced bell peppers (all three),
  7. Salt to taste,
  8. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder,
  9. 1/2 tsporegano,
  10. 1/2 tspbasil,
  11. 1 tbspwhisked curd,
  12. 3 tbspranch dressing (adjustable),
  13. 4boiled eggs, diced,
  14. Some chopped dhania patta,

Cooking Instructions

    Take a mixing bowl, add all the veggies one by one

  2. 2

    Now add salt, black pepper powder, oregano & basil. In goes curd, mix it well.

  3. 3

    Add in ranch dressing, mix it nicely.

  4. 4

    Take out in a serving bowl, keep aside.

  5. 5

    Now add eggs & 1 tsp ranch dressing in the same mixing bowl, mix it gently, add onto the salad in serving bowl. Garnish it with chopped dhania patta.

    Mix it very gently while serving...
