Ingredients

2 minutes
3 to 4 servings
  1. 2guava
  2. 1green chilli
  3. 1/3 cuproasted peanuts
  4. 1 Tbspfinely chopped Parsley leaves
  5. 2 clovesgarlic
  6. 1 Tbsplemon juice
  7. 1 Tspjaggery
  8. Salt as required
  9. 1 Tbspgroundnut oil
  10. 1 Tbspwhite, split urad daal
  11. 3-5curry leaves

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Arrange and assemble the ingredients.
    Wash, peel and chop ripe gwava.

    In a grinder jar take all the ingredients mentioned. Grind to a smooth paste.

  3. 3

    For Tempering, heat oil in a pan. Add split black gram, curry leaves and allow to simmer. Add this tempering to the smooth guava paste.

    The Tasty Guava chutney is ready to be served.
