Ingredients

  1. 100 gramsgavarfali
  2. 2 tablespoonsgroundnuts
  3. 2 tablespoonschana dal / split chickpeas
  4. 1 tablespoonsurad dal
  5. 1 teaspoonjeera
  6. 1/2 tablespoon mustard seeds
  7. 1 teaspoonwhole coriander
  8. Pinchoff Hing
  9. 2red chilli and two green chilli each
  10. Handfulcurry patta
  11. 4 clovesgarlic
  12. As required tamarind
  13. As requiredSalt
  14. 3 tablespoonsoil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut and wash gavarfali and keep it aside. Take oil in a kadai add Jeera / cumin seeds, mustard seeds, chana dal / split bengal gram, urad dal /, whole coriander, groundnuts and Hing.

    Then add remain ingredients add salt fry for 10 minutes. Grind it roughly.
