Cooking Instructions

Pour 1 cup urad daal in bowl, add 2 glass water and soak overnight

Strain it and add it in pressure cooker

Add 5 cup water

Add 1/2 tb turmeric powder and 1 tb salt

Add bay leaf, 1 black cardomn and 2 cinnomon stick

Boil it for 10-12 whistles

Mix properly and remove khade masale

Mash half of the daal

In a pan add 1 tb butter and 4 tb oil

Add elaichi,bayleaf and cinnamon stick

Add cumin seeds and fry for few minutes

Add chopped onion and saute 2-3 min

Add ginger garlic paste

Add 1/2 tb turmeric powder and 2 tb red chiili

Add coriander powder, jeera powder and garam masala

Cook the masala for 3-4 min

Add tomato puree and cook properly

Add dal makhni masala and mix

Add boiled daal and mix properly

Add 4 cup water and 1 tb salt

Cover and cook for 20min

Mix and add kasuri methi and 2 tb butter

Add coriander leaves
