Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwhole wheat flour
  2. 1/2 cupbeetroot pulp
  3. Water (as needed)
  4. Salt (to taste)

    In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, beetroot pulp, and salt.

    Gradually add water and knead the mixture into a smooth dough.

    Once the dough is formed, cover it and let it rest for about 15 minutes.

    After resting, divide the dough into small equal-sized balls.

    Roll out each ball into a thin chapati using a rolling pin and a little dry flour to prevent sticking.

    Heat a tawa or skillet over medium heat and place a rolled-out chapati on it.Cook for about a minute, then flip it over. Let it cook well on both sides.

    Serve with any curry.
