Ingredients

  1. 3alphanso mango
  2. 2 glasscreamy milk
  3. 3-4 spoonssugar
  4. 1 cupboiled vermicelli sev
  5. 1/2 cupsabja seeds
  6. 1/2 cupchopped dryfruits
  7. 1/2 cuptutti frutti
  8. 1 cupchopped mango
  9. 1/2 cupRose syrup
  10. Vanilla ice-cream

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash the mango and cut it into slices
    Now we will add sugar to the mango pieces in the milk and grind it
    Now we will soak the sabja seeds for 5-6 minutes
    Boil the varmi celli sev and keep it in cold water

    Now we will add rose syrup in the glass
    Then add sabja seeds and vermicelli sev to it
    Now add mango pieces to it
    Now add mango milk to it

    Now layer according to the size of your glass again in the same way
    Now add ice cream on top and garnish with tutti frutti dry fruit and serve
