  1. 200 gramsUrad Daal (soaked)
  2. 25 gramsDrumstick Leaves
  3. 100 gramsMoong daal
  4. 2 teaspoongreen chilli paste
  5. 2 teaspooncorn flour
  6. 20 gramschopped coconut
  7. 50 gramsbeans cube
  8. 50 gramscarrot cube
  9. 20-25 piecessoaked raisin
  10. 1 teaspoonjeera
  11. Half teaspoon fennel seeds
  12. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder, cumin powder, dhaniya powder
  13. Half teaspoon garam masala powder
  14. 100 mlrefined oil
  15. Salt sugar to taste
  16. 1 teaspoonlaal mirch powder
  17. 4-5green chillies

    At first soak urad daal in water for overnight. In the morning make a paste out of it in a grinder. Now in a frying pan fry fennel seeds along with chopped coconut.

    Now add drumstick leaves and fry it until it gets sauteed. Now add urad daal paste, cornflour green chilli paste and cook it with some cumin powder, dhaniya powder.Add some salt also.

    After making a dough with urad daal and drumstick leaves leave it for half an hour to become cold. Now in a frying pan fry vadas with refined oil. In remaining refined oil fry cumin seeds and moong dal until it gets golden. Now add vegetables and saute it for nearly 5 minutes.

    Now pour ample water and all the masalas. Cook it in medium flame before adding tomato vadas into it. Cook it for another 20 minutes in flame. Your Drumstick Urad Dal Vada Curry is ready.
